SANS: Fix batch not working when running from raw

Running from .raw does not work when running from ISIS GUI batch mode.

Ann sees this bug when

  1. Load userfile MASKLOQ_MAN_121A_Xpress_Hellma_8mm.txt
  2. Select batch mode and file XB1293002.csv
  3. Select Run file type: Raw
  4. Do 1D reduce

Produces a crash

The file XB1293002.csv asks to reduce some -add files. These files are .nxs and not .raw files. ISIS sans does not support mix of files in raw and nxs when in batch mode. It is an invalid entry. If you change the file to not use -add files, the reduction operates nicely in .nxs or .raw mode.

This ticket will be closed as invalid. What could possibly be requested is to relax the requirement of having all the inputs in batch mode either nxs or raw. I personally do not think it is necessary. Usually, they only look to the nexus file. It was back when they were not sure if the nexus file was providing the 'same' information as .raw file.
