Description
Comparing Joerg's IDL code with mantid it appears as though the geometry for the low angle detectors is incorrect. Verify that it is correct or fix it.

Refs #5346. New NOMAD geometries.
1900-00-00 to 2012-06-30 is the original geometry. 2012-07-01 to 2012-07-31 is the geometry with various fixes. without extension is the fixed geometry with predicted correct detector ids.
