LoadDAE to support Instrument data and view

Description

LoadDAE at the moment does not do all of the associated things that LoadRAW does. As such it cannot support the instrument data.

It does not

  • Load Spectra detector map - does the DAE support this
  • Load the xml instrument
  • load log files - although we may not want this.
