LoadMD: have a read-only mode

Description

If you LoadMD a MDEventWorkspace NXS file in file-backed mode, you can modify the underlying file. This may not be desired, so there should be an option to say that you want the original file unchanged.

Presumably this will require specifying a clone file destination and copying the original file before loading.
