Absolute normalization from Iliad.py does not work on Merlin

To Tester:

the resolution is related/committed to users scripts, so no testing for Mantid is possible/necessary.

The resolution is confirmed on instruments as despite all other problems on Merlin, a plain error in script does not occur.
