Reflectivity stitching: consistent q binning across polarizations

Description
The data stitching for reflectivity trims the zeros on both sides of each curve segment to be stitched together. When a particular q-value has more zeros then other polarization states, the resulting binning for that stitched data may be different. Make sure that points are trimmed the same way across all polarization states.
