[IDA] ConvFit - Fixing Parameters Causes Crash

Description
On the ConvFit tab it is no longer possible to use Right-Click -> "Fix" on the properties without causing a crash.
I'm pretty sure I know where the root of this is and it shouldn't take long to fix. No pun intended.

Failed to make sure the QtStringPropertyManager object was initialised after the splitting up of IDA into sub classes.

To test, go to the ConvFit tab of the Indirect Data Analysis interface and try to fix the "A0" property via a right-click.
Make sure Mantid does not crash.
