Description

Generate grouping file (or workspace) and par file, by selecting a scattering angle step.

To test, use a workspace with an instrument, generate the grouping file, then use LoadGroupingFile algorithm. When showing instrument, you should see rings :). If anyone wants it, the algorithm can be added to the following categories: TransformGrouping or Utilities
