Description

Two additional ParamFunctions needed following #5626 for product of exponential with quadratic and another for product exponential with linear. These need to live as named ParamFunctions within Mantid so that they can be accessed as a named function, with named parameters in Instrument Parameter files.

There are actually two work units here.

The changesets are going to be more comprehensible if I work on them as two separate tickets. This will also help the tester figure out whether the changes are safe and accurate when the tickets are complete. I'm superseding this ticket with two others #5633 and #5634 for each of the required fitting functions.
