Add reporting to NormaliseByDetector.

Description

For a large workspace, it could take some time to process the algorithm. Add reporting to algorithm.

Tester: I think that there is sufficient test coverage in NormaliseByDetectors, that if the changes caused issues for either the parallel or sequential execution of the algorithm, it would get flagged up. Nevertheless, using the demo in the test sequence for #5626 you should also be able to see the NormaliseByDetector algorithm reporting progress as it runs.
