ConvertToEnergy interface doesn't work with MAP file

Tester: The interface needs to be checked that it can run the reduction.
Do the steps list above plus:
- enter 12 for the Ei value;
- put -11,0.1,11 in for the rebin parameters
- switch to the diagnostics and absolute units tabs and uncheck them
- run the reduction.
The output should be a workspace called 11015.spe which can be viewed as a colour fill plot and has a line at zero energy transfer.

Fix run files widget to use set property name. Refs #5700
It had been accidentally hard coded to use Filename as a property name when checking if a file is valid for an algorithm.
