Remove instrument view warning message window for Argus

Description

On either Mac or Windows:

1) Load Test\AutoTestData\argus0026577.nxs

2) In MantidPlot expand the loaded group workspace and display the instrument of any of the three matrixworkspaces contained in the group

MantidPlot will then pop up a window with the text "The instrument is probably empty", but a valid instrument is defined for Argus

Please change so that this warning is not displayed for Argus

When trying to recreate the problem reported in the ticket, the error message no longer appears. The instrument is displayed without any other issues.
