Generalise system test validation to work with MD workspaces

Description

The current MantidStressTest calls LoadNexus directly which doesn't handle workspaces saved with SaveMD. It should be changed to simply use Load.

Also, if a workspace does not match the SaveNexus algorithm is called but this does not appear to work correctly for MD workspaces, it seems to do nothing.
