Rebinning with integration giving wrong axis values

Description
When using the MD rebinner with integrating an axis, the wrong values appear for the time axis. The following procedure shows the effect:
- Open SEQ_MDEW.nxs
- Open VSI
- Click Rebin
- Swap [0,0,Ql] to time axis and apply
- Integrate [0,0,Ql] and apply
After step 4, the time axis values are correct. After step 5, the time axis values are back to what they were before step 4.

Yes, the time iteration is not performed, although I get ParaView's standard 10 bins if I click the play button. However, the data does not change.

Hopefully the previous changeset will stop the Time axis reverting when the time dimension is integrated.

Time range no longer changing when integration occurs.

I can reproduce this bug.
As far as I can tell, the time axis is wrong after step 5, but it correctly does not perform time iteration over the integrated axis. Is this a correct description of the error?
