Description
We're going to use environment modules for our Mantid install on SNS clusters. This requires a modulefile named as the version number and the easiest way to do this seems to be as part of the CMake build.

This is being used successfully in out mpi builds which then get deployed to the fermi cluster. See https://builds.sns.gov/view/Framework%20only/job/ornl_clean_rhel6_mpi_systemtested/ and https://builds.sns.gov/job/ornl_task_copy_mpibuild_to_lustre/
