Osiris diffraction files don't work in the indirect diffraction interface

Description

The run numbers are for example OSI97887.raw (an old file) and OSI99852.raw (a new file). Practically the error messege "This doesn't appear to be a valid instrument name" appears for all OSIRIS diffraction files. Those files, however, can be read in 'Convert to Energy ' interface withouth problem, so problem is in the file read method in new the Indirect Diffraction interface.

tested with both the old and new file above, both work fine now.
