Repeated fast re-registering of python algorithm can cause a crash

Description

This is hardly normal usage, but:

  1. load the Squares example python algorithm.
  2. Press ctrl + shift + return and hold them down to use the keyboard repeat
  3. After a few seconds Mantid will crash
