steps to reproduce:

  1. open the sans isis interface
  2. load SANS2D...22024
  3. Click Horizontal integral (eith fron or rear detector)
  4. Error as the workspace only contains 8 spectra

You may use 22024 (from systemtest) as well.

The problem here is somehow related to this ticket ​http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/9130.

Here, it could also check that the workspaces have more than 10 spectra (LARMOR can define up to 10 monitors). SANSDiagnostic.cpp
