Changes to Python Algs to accommodate the ne WS naming convention

Description

Simple changes - replacing the choice of instrument names IRIS/OSIRIS with irs/iris/osi/osiris for a file name; the old versions of the scripts would not support this.

The algorithms are run from the Python algorithms menu, so should not interfere with the rest of Mantid.

Python algorithms changed:

IDAtransmission, iFudge, JumpFit, Moments, MuscatData, MuscatFunc, QLines, Quest, ResNorm and Symmetrise.
