ORNL SANS: modify solid angle correction for detector tubes

Description

The SANS team came up with a modification to the solid angle correction to account for the fact that the detectors are tubes and not square pixels. There should be an option to pick which correction we want to apply.

To test, check that switching this option on/off changes the results. Users seem happy with the actual values coming out.
