HFIR SANS: allow to load processed NXS for sensitivity

To test:

• Run a HFIR reduction, making sure you enter an XML data file in the Sensitivity data file field on the Detector tab.
• After running the reduction, a workspace with a name starting with __sensitivity_ will appear in the workspace list. Save it to a Nexus file.
• A workspace with a name ending with _Iq will also appear, rename it so you can use it later.
• Go back to the Detector tab and replace the sensitivity data file by the file path of the sensitivity Nexus file you just saved.
• Run the reduction again. The output should be the exact same (you can overplot the I(q) workspace that you renamed above to check).

ok -- this ticket looks like done and dusted well before new workflow begun, and is already in release, so I do not see a way I may fail it.

What is written in description looks true and graphs look the same so no reasons to complain.
