Load: OutputWorkspace name 'suggestion' not set after a filefinder failure

Description

If you put a bogus run in to Load, leading to the file not being found, the OutputWorkspace box is no longer filled with anything even if a 'good' file is then entered.

I was testing on Ubuntu and this seems to work for me. It was either fixed or is platform specific, where did the problem show up?

I don't remember is the answer - clearly should have noted that when creating the ticket. Anyhow, it seems to work now everywhere I've tried so go ahead and close as worksforme.

N.B. It's lucky I noticed this comment in the middle of all the trac rebroadcasts!
