Allow setting of a default perspective on opening the instrument window

Description

As far as I know, you can bring up the instrument view already showing an unwrapped view from python, but not otherwise. We've had a request for the ability to set some preference such that the instrument window will always show a selected view. The users says that the first thing they always do is switch to an unwrapped view - we should save them this step.

Although this is a 'nice to have' item, it would be good to get it done fairly soon as it ties in with pushing use of Mantid for alignment scans in conjunction with live data viewing at the SNS.

Yes, this has been fixed in #6138 as described there (a tag in the IDF such as the one below for HYSPEC).
