Improve search to also include python docs and doxygen.

Google custom search meiawiki plugin instructions

We would want to replace the standard mediawiki search box.

Tester: This did not involve code changes (comment 5 was a mistyping of a ticket number).

Go to www.mantidproject.org and make sure you are not logged in. You should see a search box that has an image saying "Powered by Google" next to it. Try some searches and it should take you to a custom wiki page then displays the search results from the Google custom search with tabs across the top to refine results. In particular the tabs should be: All, Release Notes, Algorithms, C++ documentation, Python documentation, Wiki.

I see "Google custom search" next to mthe search box. After searching for "table workspace" i see the tabs described. Selecting the wiki tab, gets me to a list with the Table Workspaces page at the top. This page was previously hard to find.

The facility for searching for an algorithm has gone.
