Syncronize the three grids that make up the workspace matrix window

Description

At the moment you can scroll down to the bottom or across in the X data view, then when you switch to the Y or E view you are still at the start.

The views should synchronize so this if you switch to another tab you are still looking at the same data, and if you have rows selected they stay selected.
