Description

To facilitate the transition from Isaw to Mantid, the existing matrix file format can be saved. Unfortunately, this uses the IPNS coordinate system. Going forward, it would be useful to write the matrix file in NeXus coordinates. This could be done either by including the NeXus/Mantid coordinate form of the matrix in the current file, or with a new algorithm, SaveUB, that just writes the matrix in the NeXus/Mantid coordiante system.
