Correct Error in Resolution Calculation Routine

Description

The background subtraction in the procedure 'resolution' will set OutputMode='Subtract Background' and calculate correctly.

refs #6312 Reverting. Need to change the system test files before pushing again.

refs #6312 Changes to the system test ref files.

The new files have been adjusted to accomodate for the new way the InderectEnergyConversion script now works.
