Description
Process variables in ADARA device descriptor packets can have a type of "unsigned integer". Update the live listener code to handle this.

Support "unsigned integer" as a valid pv_type
Adding code to recognize 'unsigned integer' when parsing device descriptor packets.
Also, changed m_buffer to m_eventBuffer because parent class also defines a member called m_buffer. (C++ compiler handled this correctly, but it confused the humans.)
