Switch to QuadView in VSI

Description

In the new ParaView, the Kitware folks have created a QuadView based on the old ThreeSliceView in the VSI. The new view has more features and functionality, so we should switch over to using that.

Refs #6342. First attempt at using new view.

Gutted original view code to use new plugin. It currently does not work and there is lots of debugging code left behind.

To Test: Load an MDWorkspace and switch to the ThreeSlice view. This is the QuadView in ParaView terminology. Play about.
