Description
Fix warnings in SliceViewer, since the warnings can get out of step with ticket creation/completion/closing.

There are no warnings coming out of the SliceViewer source code itself on any platform. There are a few relating to some of the gmock stuff in the testing code (http://download.mantidproject.org/jenkins/view/Master%20Nightly%20Builds%20and%20Tests/job/isis_clean_windows7/587/warningsResult/package.-1710782185/) that it would be good to stamp out at some point.
