Load and Save Special Coordinate System

Description

Need to be able to load and save the special coordinate system to and from Nexus.

As part of this work we also need to make sure that existing MDEvent type nexus files can still be loaded and saved without any problems.

Tester : The code changes and unit tests should show this in action. Another way to test this would be to:

  • Run one of the conversion algorithms on a workspace i.e. ConvertToDiffractionMD.
  • Then save the workspace using SaveMD.
  • Then reload it using LoadMD.
  • Then open it in the VSI and switch to Splatter plot mode.
  • Then load a Peaks workspace into the VSI, and the Peaks workspace should automatically be plotted with the same coordinates as were used for the Q3D conversion in the MD conversion algorithm.
