Add post-build step to package target to remove _CPack_Packages

Description
It causes problems with the current packagemaker on OS X. The build servers currently remove it manually but it would useful for developers if it happened automatically so have a POST_BUILD step would be useful.

No longer an issue, we don't use packagemaker anymore.
