Table view of HKL from PeaksWorkspace

Description

Set number of significant digits displayed for hkl in table view. I'm not sure if it should be 1 or 2 digits, which suggests it should be a configuration thing (as in Mantid.user.properties).

To test add this to properties file: PeakColumn.hklPrec=1

Then run this script and display peaks workspace:
