MERLIN tube defined by <locations> element won't show DAT file calibration

Description
If the standard-tube in the MERLIN IDF file is defined using the locations element as in the attached IDF file. The tubes in the 2D view are no longer calibrated by the DAT file as before. It looks like extra work would be needed to restore this feature.

Done the following steps:
- Loaded MER12024 (found in cycle_11_5)
- displayed instrument (see attached MERLIN1.png)
where it displays as if calibrated
then repleated the above but replacing MERLIN_Definition.xml with the attached MERLIN_Definition_ls.xml and I see exactly the same in instrument, i.e. that shown in attached MERLIN1.png
