MantidPlot crash when tiling MDI sub-windows

Description

Create two new Graphs. Select Windows->Tile. Crash.

Re #6452. Breaking an infinite loop of resizing and drawing.

Still having some problems here.

Tested in Win64:

  1. load a workspace
  2. create two matrix views, and one graph
  3. change the graph to be docked
  4. set the window Not maximized.
  5. Window->Tile
  6. Maximise the mantidplot window
  7. bad things happen
