Description
Spencer has kindly provided tests for the absolute correction programs behind the inelastic code. We should implement these as system tests.

These system tests appear to have been added at some point in the past (See ISISIndirectAbsCorTest.py).
The Muscat system test can be added as part of ticket #5412 as Spencer needs to still work out a few issues with the Multiple Scattering routine before it's fully integrated. I've added the corrections to that ticket.
