This appears to be an issue only on Karl PC, the toolbar does not activate on selecting graphs

The problem persists on a re-installation of Mantid after deleting the MantidInstall directory.

The problem also applies to an old build from 21 January 2013, before the toolbar changes were implemented.

It also doesn't work for a new build taken from master.

Karl, Try removing all your registry keys relating to mantidplot or qtiplot

I am presently unable to find or identify such keys in the registry editor.

Problem remains in a version made by the Visual C++ 2012.

The whole toolbar that has the function fitting button, remains disabled if a graph is displayed including zoom.

I find most of my toolbars remains disabled.

I found I can now use the fitting toolbar having removed it and put it back.

This ticket has been transferred to github issue 7318
Actually I do see the toolbar shown in http://www.mantidproject.org/MantidPlot:_Simple_Peak_Fitting_with_the_Fit_Wizard but it is disabled, even if I select a graph.
