To verify:
- input the two different _red.nxs file in both input boxes
- select geometry as 'Flat'
- tick 'Use Corrections' and 'Use Container'
- click 'Run'

Additionally, the files ending in _flt_Abs.nxs are those that are generated from the 'Calculate Corrections' tab; the calculations need to be carried out on the two _red.nxs files which you intend to use in the 'Apply Corrections' tab. Exemplary inputs are attached...

Once I had added the data directory onto the search path it seems to work.

I have uploaded the output I saw, if these are no what is expected then please re-open. Otherwise, maybe we should add something that indicates that you need to add the data directory or maybe just look in the directories that the input files are in ?
