Description

It's not clear (at least for someone seeing SliceViewer for the first time) what coordinates are used in reporting of the cursor position.

I can see that there's no direct alignment, but I think that it should be pretty clear from the sliders. The other reason not to put the dimension names and coordinates here is that it will clutter the UI.

Maybe there's some way of providing the information via an expandable region if really required. What do people think?

I've cc'd Pete as I think these sorts of decisions need to involve both ISIS and the SNS.

If the current label (for SCD straight out of the reduction gui) said Q_sample_x, Q_sample_y, intensity (or whatever the signal is) that would be quite helpful. It would be even more helpful if it updated when you changed what the displayed axes are.
