Enable updating of instrument display when its holding workspace updates

Description

The SANS people would like to have a live instrument display for SANS2D. This would require modifying the instrument window so that it updates when the underlying workspace is replaced (as it is when connected to the DAE), in a similar way to the graphs update.

For some reason the commit that went with this ticket didn't get attached here so I've added the commit ref manually.

(In [3983]) Updated pick mode options to include masking,grouping and displaying detector data. InstrumentWindow now listens for the workspace replaced signal and updates itself. Re #866 and #650
