[IDA] Elwin - Different graphs plotted

Description
If the 'Plot Result' option is checked before running Elwin, the output graph is different to that created when a graph is plotted from right-clicking its name and clicking the 'Plot Spectrum...' area in the 'Workspaces' area. This needs resolving.

This ticket is redundant. It is only that the default scales for the two operations are different. A user can adjust by using the Scale... option available by right-clicking the axes.
Tester:
Follow the instructions for Elwin in the wiki Examples page for Indirect Data Analysis. Once done, you can compare the output against right-clicking the workspace, _eq1 for example, and clicking the 'Plot Spectrum...' option in the 'Workspaces' area.
