Description

New Algorithm to correct fligh distances from the sample to detector. Both L2 and TOF are corrected in order to to make a virtual bending of the vertical tubes, i,e, TOF and L2 remain constant in the same tube.

Confirm existence of the algorithm, it passes the unit test and runs in Mantidplot. If used on ILLIN5_094460.nxs data the output spectra have their peaks centred at the same point.
