Description

Ensure that the wikipage for usage of the wikimaker reflects the changed functionality of the wikimaker. Ensure that all the new options are added and explained.

http://www.mantidproject.org/Wiki_maker updated to reflect the recent changes. I have not included information about the wiki_maker job, as this would make the page fragile.

Please check that the wikipage is consistent with the actual behaviour of the wikimaker.
