Fix CalibrateRectangularDetector system test

Description

Changes to sorting logs changed FilterBadPulses which changed the calibration output causing this system test to fail. See if the calibration is the same on all platforms now.

Run ./runSystemTests.py -m ~/mantid/Code/release/bin -R CalibrateRectangularDetector_Test on Rhel6 or Manually Run Tests using CalibrateRectangularDetector_Test on Jenkins rhel6.

Passed on the clean build last night & when I just ran it manually.
