NXSPE output from C2E cannot be read by DAVE MSlice

This was reported on BASIS, they were trying to use the Convert To Energy interface to output NXSPE files to analyse using DAVE MSlice. The files gave strange errors when trying to plot |Q| vs Et. Files produced using BASISreduction worked ok.
The data used to test was BASIS run 25173 (IPTS-8521) Energy Bins = -0.15,0.0002,0.15
Plotting in MSlice, dE=0.001, dQ=0.1

Make sure you use indirect geometry before calculating projections. And you need to input the final energy

Cannot reproduce this issue any more. Not because it's not there, but ConvertToEnergy is not working with BASIS.
