Do not output defaults for output properties in the wikimaker

Description

This is a component as part of the larger changes to the automatic wiki generation. #6147.

Requested by N. Draper.

Output workspace properties should not provide a default in the properties table created by the wikimaker.

Tester:

A good algorithm to try this out on is Stitch1D, which has an OutputWorkspace and an OutputScaleFactor. Run the wiki_maker on this algorithm (with option --dry-run to avoid a full save) and you should see that the OutputWorkspace is given a default of "Mandatory", while the OutScaleFactor now has a blank entry for the default.
