MantidPlot Crash: when selecting plot time bin on context menu for mantid menu tabs

Description

steps to reproduce

  1. Load some data and "Show Data"
  2. Right click on one of the tabs (x,y or e data)
  3. Select one of the plotting options
  4. Crash

Suggested solution: Do not allow a context menu on the tabs at the top - it makes no sense.
