Muon: readjust plotting when first good data

Description

when using Setting->Start at Time Zero, then start plot at that time

when using Setting->Start at First Good data, then start plot at that time

Current it starts plot at - Time zero (as specified in home tab) + any of the two values above

To test

  1. open Muon Analysis interface
  1. open any muon data, e.g. MUSR data from AutoTestData
  1. Go Settings tab and take notice of what has been selected for the starting time of the plot, e.g. select "start at first good data"
  1. Go back to Home tab and at the top change say Time Zero to 2.0 and perhaps modify First Good Data to 1.0
  1. Then still on the Home tab press the Plot button

This ticket passes if the time axis (x-axis) start at the value you set in Setting, in the example above this is 1.0

X-axis starts at first good data rounded down to numbered axis unit. For example 2 for 3, when numbering is for even numbers only.

Also I can get Mantid to crash be repeated ploting and changing of these parameters. I may do this in unscripted testing.
