Description

Add an option to MantidPlot-View, named 'Restore default Layout' or 'Restore Layout' or equivalent, which restores the layout of the Windows in Mantid to the 'factory' layout, i.e. as MantidPlot is layouyed out when you has first installed in for the first time on a computer
