Filter events log value problem

Description

I used filter events with a maximum value smaller than the maximum in the time series property. In the split_unfiltered workspace the logs are not filtered. This might be confusing

It is better to create a new set of time splitters complimentary to all filters/splitters specified in the input SplitterWorskpace, and then the log of the unfiltered-event-workspace can be obtained by the newly created splitters.
